NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL

 In accordance with regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given of the following Special Meeting of Council to be held on:

Wednesday 13 March 2024, commencing at 3:00pm in the Council Chamber at the Shire Administration Centre, 23 Antares Street, Southern Cross.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider Councils position on the sealing of the completed section of the Parkers Range Road by Covalent prior to the signing of the Shire of Yilgarn/Covalent Lithium Road User Agreement.

This meeting will be closed to the public under Section 5.23 (2)(c) of the Local Government Act 1995, the agenda will be publicly available on Council’s website prior to the meeting.
