NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOSE DIFFERENTIAL RATES
Section 6.36
Local Government Act 1995
The Shire of Yilgarn, at the April 2024 Ordinary Council Meeting, resolved to adopt the 2024/2025 Rate Objects & Reasons which included the Differential and Minimums Rating model expected to be imposed as part of the 2024/2025 Budget. The 2024/2025 Rate Objects & Reasons recommended the following differential and minimum rates:

The Statement describing the Objects of, and Reasons for, the proposed differential rates is available for inspection at the Council’s Administration Centre during normal office hours or here:
2024-25 Differential Rates - Objectives & Reasons
Electors and ratepayers are invited to make submissions on the proposed differential and minimum rates for Council’s consideration. Submissions are to be addressed to, Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Yilgarn, P O Box 86, Southern Cross, 6426.
No submissions will be considered after 4pm, Thursday 23rd May 2024.
