NOTICE OF MOTION TO CLOSE ROAD

It is hereby notified for public information that a notice of motion is to be considered by the
Shire of Yilgarn Council relating to the proposed closure of a section of King Ingram Road
within the Shire of Yilgarn.

The following maps detail the proposed section of King Ingram Road that is to be closed, to
facilitate a telecommunications tower for Western Power.

The proposed closure will not affect the road surface.

In accordance with Section 58(3) of the Land Administration Act, a 35 day comment and
objection period is provided relating to the proposed closures. Comments and/or objections
close with the undersigned at 4:00pm on the 20th February 2025. Submissions are to be lodged
with the CEO via ceo@yilgarn.wa.gov.au or PO Box 86 Southern Cross WA 6426 WA.
